The first pillar of health we will look at is movement.
Modern life provides us with many conveniences, but also can limit our opportunities to move our bodies like our ancestors. Walking, running, lifting & carrying heavy objects are no longer part of most of our daily life.
For optimal health we need to ensure that our day includes movement.
